
Billing and Refunds
OG STUDIOS is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients with our photography services and products. This Sales and Refunds Policy outlines the terms regarding purchases, cancellations, and refunds to help you understand our practices.
Payment Terms
Upon the time of receiving a client’s product, it is required that they are to pay the agreed amount to receive the photographs, videos, and our prints that they purchased. Any of the listed items can be provided before payment, however there are guidelines to this.
Guideline 1 - If the session involves being in studio or on-location, in which there are no other clients booked immediately after, clients are allowed to view the photograph or video on the camera or monitor, regarding that there is no time constraint in which clients are under. This ensures that while the client is there or in constant contact during the session, so that they are able to get the result they want. These involve Quarter, Half and Full Day sessions.
Guideline 2 - If the session involves being in studio or on-location, in which there are additional clients that are booked immediately after, then the only form they would be able to view is on online. All products will be heavily watermarked online as a method of allowing the client to see what the end result is whilst simultaneously protecting our right to hold the unobstructed version until payment has been made. These involve 5 to 30 minute sessions.
A 25% book fee is required to book a session with OG STUDIOS. This will be taken off the total cost of the service the client wishes to have and will be re-invested into their session to provide a high quality product.
Accepted forms of payment involve PayPal, bank transfer, and cash.
Service Delivery
Regarding digital mediums, all products will be sent through a secure, online service known as WeTransfer to maintain quality and minimise issues with obtaining and viewing a client’s final product. These will take at maximum ten business days (two business weeks) to have the product delivered to the client. If the service requires the product to take an extended amount of time beyond the stated time period, OG STUDIOS will contact the client and ensure they are on a priority list to provide them their final product as soon as possible.
If a client wishes to purchase a print, OG STUDIOS will first ensure they obtain their digital copies as soon as they are completed. Prints will then be sent as soon as possible and contact will be provided to the client for the estimated time period that they will receive their print through Australia Post.
Cancellation by Client
If the client cancels a booking with OG STUDIOS, the initial deposit to book the session will be kept and not refunded by OG STUDIOS as this lessens the financial impact on the business when another client could have filled the spot and paid the total amount that was agreed upon for their job.
If client cancels a booking for the agreed date but wishes to continue with the job at a different time, OG STUDIOS is will comply and organise another date that works for both parties. The deposit fee will go towards the session as stated within the payment terms.
The client must inform OG STUDIOS two business weeks in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule for our service.
Cancellation by OG STUDIOS
OG STUDIOS may cancel a session if they consist of one or more of the issues listed below:
The photographer or videographer has become sick and is unavailable to service the customer at full functionality.
The service was required to be outdoors, under no shelter and is raining and or has heavy winds making it impossible to capture the originally desired products.
The client does not communicate with OG STUDIOS for their session after repeated attempts to obtain information or clarification.
If OG STUDIOS cancels a session with a client, OG STUDIOS will communicate to the client as to whether they wish to reschedule or have the deposit fee refunded due to the inconvenience. Refunds will be discussed with the client and to ensure they receive it properly and securely.
Refunds
Refunds are available to clients that are applicable to one or more of the following criteria:
OG STUDIOS has to cancel the session in any of the listed reasons provided in the clause above.

To request a refund, please email billing@ogstudios.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible about your situation, whether you are suitable and will talk through the possible ways in which we can refund you. You will need to supply the invoice that was sent to you to ensure the correct amount is refunded.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Clients can raise concerns and or complaints my emailing support@ogstudios.au and the dedicated team will get back to them as soon as possible to either resolve an issue or acknowledge their complaint and provide a solution to be put in place and ensure a change has been made so that said complaint will not happen again.
Australian Consumer Law
OG STUDIOS acknowledges the rights of clients under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and assure that our Sales and Refunds Policy does not intend to limit or exclude any statutory guarantees, warranties, or conditions provided by the ACL.
Changes to Sales and Refunds Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
